Availability
For practical matters, such as scheduling or rescheduling an appointment, I can be reached by phone or WhatsApp from Monday to Friday until 6:00 pm. Outside these hours, you are welcome to send me an email, and I will get back to you on the next working day.

Therapy-related questions or experiences
Questions, responses, or experiences that arise during the course of therapy are discussed during our sessions. Within the session, there is the time, attention, and safety to explore together what is happening and what it may be asking of you. This supports a clear, contained, and thoughtful therapeutic process.

Rates

Rescheduling or canceling an appointment is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For changes made later than that, a fee of €95 will be charged. From the moment you make your first appointment, the general terms and conditions apply.

Shiatsu and Rebalancing treatments are exempt from VAT.

Health insurance companies

Shiatsu and Rebalancing are partially reimbursed if you have an additional health insurance. Insurance companies can change their policy, please refer to your policy conditions in advance. Here you will find the reimbursement overview for 2026.

In my practice, I integrate the trauma methods Somatic Experiencing and NARM into Rebalancing sessions.

Member of

LVNT (Landelijke Vereniging Natuurgeneeskundige Therapeuten) and Affiliated with the RBCZ (registry professionals complementary care, including TCZ-disciplinary law) and SCAG. Members of the Association meet regularly for continuing education and intervision.

Should you happen to be dissatisfied with my services, you can always contact me directly. I will do my utmost to reach a solution. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can reach the contact person of my professional association, LVNT, through their website: LVNT Complaints https://www.lvnt.nl/klachten. For disputes, I am affiliated with the professional dispute committee SCAG. Additionally, for disciplinary law matters, I am affiliated with TCZ through the RBCZ.
